Before you confirm and checkout please make sure you have checked the measurements, condition and description of the piece(s).

If you have any doubts or questions you can always contact us before buying. We want you to be happy and confident in whatever’s caught your eye, whether that be for more specific measurements or any other reason.

Remember that our clothes are vintage, so they have been worn & loved before. We hand pick to get items in as close to perfect condition as we can, and if there are any imperfections we will show them in the photos.

Returns

Love Vintage does not accept returns, however we’re happy for you to exchange an item.

Exchanges

Please follow these steps carefully as we’ll only accept exchanges when they’re met.

Contact us within 2 days of recieving the item with the order number and the piece(s) you’d like to exchange
Once we have confirmed you have 7 days to send back the item
The pieces(s) need to be sent back to us with the tags still on, unwashed and unworn, just as they were recieved.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both the cost of sending the initial item(s) back to us for the exchange, along with the delivery cost of the replacement(s). Any custom duties due to this will also be the responsibility of the customer.
When sending items back to us for exchange you must give us a tracking number. We can’t accept responsibility for loss or damage during shipment.
When we recieve the item(s) we’ll check everything is fine and then send a message to let you know that we’ll accept the exchange. If all is well you can then reply back and tell us what you’d like to exchange for, which must be at least the same price as the item(s) returned to us.
